200 hours Yoga TTC - Distribution & Curriculum

Our 200 hours Yoga TTC course is divided in such a way that we had allotted 6 to 8 hours for every class of Philosophy, Asana, Self-practice, Anatomy, Pranayama, and Mantra Chanting. With the traditional yoga techniques, our students practice the Yoga Asana under the able guidance of our teachers. Rishikesh Yog Darshan bifurcated the course hours in such a way that one will get 100 hours for Yoga Methodology, 25 hours for the anatomy of Yoga, 20 for Yoga Physiology, and rest 25 and 30 hours for Practicum, Philosophy, and Ethical conducts.
