What will I have to do during yoga teacher training classes?

You will need to rise early for the morning session and attend classes as per your schedule. Complete your daily assignments, participate in teaching practice classes, and take the final examination.

What is the attendance criteria for students?

It is mandatory for all students to attend all classes except in case of illness, where prior permission from mentors or teachers is required. A minimum of 95% attendance is required to receive a certificate.

What type of meal do you provide in YTTC?

Can I eat before yoga practice?
