In addition to regular teacher training courses, we also offer programs in Meditation, Pranayama, Reiki healing and Yoga retreats in India and abroad.

What Is The Aim Of Our Yoga Teacher
Training Courses?

  • Our aim is to make Yoga teachers aware of the 8 limbs of Ashtanga Yoga.These 8 limbs or steps are the core of Patanjali’s teachings and build a framework that helps us to identify our!0 self.1
  • Our teaching focuses more on the external Yoga practices(such as correct alignment of Asanas)than on the internal practices(such as one’s ethical standards,meditation,and spiritual practices).
  • We consider the practices of Ayurvedic living life to be very important and so they must be combined together with yoga to accolade the advantages of yoga.We have included a lot of teachings on the science of Ayurveda.
  • Our Yoga Teacher Training Course is designed for those students who want an advanced level of knowledge about yoga practices,aspiring teachers and advanced students of all ages.
  • Apart from these,we also have Bhajans and music during Satsang times and other inventive self-healing sessions.There will be some inspiring guest yoga training teachers through the course who teach our morning sessions and this will give you a better experience of different styles of teaching.
