No, you do not need any experience before joining this course. The only condition for our students is that they have an open mind and an appetite for learning and growth. Our school teachers are wonderful at their profession - we have students with no experience taking the course alongside students with more than a decade of experience.
While our 200 hours course gives you everything you need to get started teaching yoga straight away we also offer a 300-hour advanced course. This yoga is designed to further develop your own practice, fine-tune your teaching skills and deepen your understanding of the practice. Our 300 hours course consists of the standard 200 hours course, plus 100 hours advanced top-up training course.
Our teachers will check your learning all the way through the training with quizzes and small homework assignments. To qualify, you will need to pass all of these with a min of 80% and also upload a 30-minute practical assessment video and We will give each and every student personalised feedback all the way through their training. Therefore, we provide opportunities for you to upload videos of yourself teaching so that we can help and support you.

You can either pay the full amount or you can first pay the booking fee via PayPal and the rest of the amount must be paid on arrival in cash or via bank transfer either in Indian Rupees or Euro.PayPal charges approx 5% commission which will be borne by the student, in case, the student has not made the payment Yet. Hence, we suggest that all students must ensure that the payment is received prior to their arrival.
Here are our training rates for each program:100 hour: €500 EURO, 200 hours: €800 EURO, 300 hours: €1000 EURO. The fee covers the following: over the span of 29 days, our students participate in intense and immersive days of classes starting from morning till to evening, familiarizing themselves with the fundamental aspects of yoga.
In case of booking cancellation, the advance fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Due to some circumstance if a student is unable to attend the booked dates, can change it to other dates on prior notice with the same booking amount.

Yes! Our 200 and 300-hour yoga teacher training courses are completely flexible under the payment plan. You can either choose to pay in full or pay in monthly instalments. We require just a €100 non-refundable deposit to confirm your space (If you are paying in instalments) and to create an account to start your course. Please note the full payment of the course will need to be paid before you submit your final assessment and before the certificate is issued. If you have paid in full for your course € 100 of that is classes as the non-refundable deposit. In case, if you are studying for a short course the payment must be paid in full.
No. As per the standards of Yoga Alliance, all training hours must come from the same school and multiple training from different schools cannot be combined to meet the 200-hour requirement. In order to obtain your 200 Hour yoga teacher training certificate, you must complete both phases with Rishikesh Yog Darshan School.
Our intensive yoga teacher training is a unique, deeply transformational and personal experience. During their stay at the school for about four weeks, students strengthen their own yoga practice through self-discipline and inquiry into the nature of mind, body and soul. We also help our students to develop a strong foundation of teaching skills, so they will be able to take these skills directly into their classes, teaching others instinct and with confidence.
You don't have to be a master-level yoga practitioner to take a teacher training course. We usually recommend that you practice for at least 1 year before starting a training course. To become a teacher the course is the first step. It provides the basic tools, enough to start teaching, however, to perfect the art of teaching yoga, one must devote oneself to the regular practice of yoga beyond the curriculum and continuing education in the pursuit of attaining proficiency. For this purpose Yoga retreats and advanced courses are offered to create what has been learned during the standard course.
